The Flex Cuff Retainer (FCR) is a simplistic organizational placard designed to utilize the dead space between the rear plate bag and back-panel. the FCR can also be MOLLE'd anywhere to fit the user's needs. The three (3) elastic columns can be used to retain Flex Cuffs, flares, breaching pens, TQs, or other similar-sized equipment. The bottom elastic is to provide additional retention or cable routing.
